The abundance of landmark, historic temples along with the many monasteries and convents earned the city a countrywide reputation as the "Northern Rome" in the past. The churches of Krakow comprise over 120 places of worship of which over 65 were built in the 20th century.
I have been a travel photographer for the past 30 years selling my work via photo libraries. Photography has been my passion for 30 years and I also teach it to pass on my knowledge to the next generation. I get the greatest buzz to think that long after I depart this life, my work may still be earning an income for my great great grandchildren. To me that is a sort of immortality.
