The Gunfight at the O.K. Corral was a 30-second gunfight between outlaw Cowboys and lawmen that is generally regarded as the most famous gunfight in the history of the American Wild West. The gunfight took place at about 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 1881, in Tombstone, Arizona Territory. It was the result of a long-simmering feud between Cowboys Billy Claiborne, Ike and Billy Clanton, and Tom and Frank McLaury, and opposing lawmen: town Marshal Virgil Earp, Assistant Town Marshal Morgan Earp, and temporary deputy marshals Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday.
I have been a travel photographer for the past 30 years selling my work via photo libraries. I would welcome any comments you might wish to make about the choice I have made of images to submit to Fineartamerica. Photography has been my passion for 30 years and I also teach it to pass on my knowledge to the next generation. I get the greatest buzz to think that long after I depart this life, my work may still be earning an income for my great great grandchildren. To me that is a sort of immortality. For free slideshows of some of my trips please see my website at www.brenda-kean.pixels.com, or at https://www.instagram.com/quasarphotos . If you see something you like tell me and I will put it up on Fineartamerica for you to buy PLEASE...
